Jeanine Limone Draut has been an instructional designer, trainer and communications advisor for over 15 years. She has helped government agencies, educational institutions, corporations and nonprofit organizations hone their messages, create learning experiences that stick, connect with the people who matter to them, and restore humanity to their communications and their work.

Jeanine Limone Draut has worked in health care writing, training and communications for over 15 years. Her work focuses on how to foster the courage, conversations and conditions necessary to make conscious choices and changes. Jeanine works with government agencies, educational institutions, corporations and nonprofit organizations to create learning experiences and messages that stick, helping them to hone their messages, connect with the people who matter to them, and restore humanity to their work. She has a passion for helping technical experts make their ideas and work accessible to multiple audiences, especially non-experts.

Jeanine has done work in health policy, training, and communications for clients such as the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (Medicaid), the Colorado Trust, and the World Health Organization. She has designed education, training and professional development for organizations such as the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors, PCG Education, AT&T, and Korn Ferry. Formerly, Jeanine was a senior consultant and trainer with Concept Systems Inc., the sole-source provider of The Concept System® qualitative research method, ands an associate with The Forum Corporation, a Boston-based training and development firm.

Jeanine has an M.S. in Education from Suffolk University, and has a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University in sociology with a minor in community health.
