This program was about strengthening leadership competencies, building strategic thinking, and becoming more connected as one team across business functions. They needed a one-team mindset around business growth, putting customers first, and thinking innovatively. We collaborated with our client to architect a 3-module leadership program solution that created a buzz and has had lasting business impact by helping people work together.
- Incorporated metaphoric elements to build memorable learning experiences that stuck
- Integrated two innovative technology-based simulations to support learners’ growth in managing others and business acumen
- Created the structure and briefing templates for the customer component
- Incorporated leaders as teachers into the design and provided executive briefings
- Designed specialized print pieces such as value cards, bookmarks, and placemats
- Integrated Influence Style Indicator (ISI) and Change Style Indicator (CSI) into the overall program design
- Created custom illustrations for select program materials
- Provided instructional design support on leadership topics
