• Continued collaboration with client to lead instructional design efforts for enterprise-wide leadership programs across the globe
• Provide business development support, including proposed program designs, job costing, and proposal/presentation design

• Designed custom program logos and custom graphics for a variety of program and business development needs
• Provided learning coordination support for 42 technical training sessions for over 900 participants in 11 global locations over a 10-week period
• Wrote key messaging and designed leadership development program-offering brochures
• Provided event planning support for a global training program, contracting hotels, coordinating catering, and providing onsite logistics support
