Favorite Client Moment: I joined a group of leaders from across the globe in a small town in Brazil. Secluded from the busiest of the rest of the world, we shared food, drink, knowledge, and culture. We all left with a better understanding of the diverse nature of leadership.

 

Allison Dunavant is a seasoned project manager, facilitator, and instructional designer. Allison works with clients to analyze performance gaps, design curriculum, and implement innovative solutions. Her areas of expertise include project management, process improvement, instructional design, organizational development, change management, elearning, and leadership development. Allison has worked with  clients such as Microsoft, Medtronic, Bank of America, FedEx, ConAgra, Google, Kraft, Eli Lilly, Takeda, University of Texas McCombs School of Business, and the Department of Defense.

Allison previously served as Director of Leadership Programs at Enspire where she managed all simulation products. She was responsible for consulting with clients in the design and execution of leadership programs across the globe. Prior to that, as AVP of Curriculum Development at Countrywide (now Bank of America) she led an internal consulting team responsible for increasing organizational performance by analyzing needs and creating learning solutions. Allison worked with Fortune 500 companies, government entities, and top-tier universities and business schools in the development of solutions to increase performance and leadership effectiveness. She’s facilitated leadership programs for over 10 years, during which she challenges participant’s current thinking of leadership, cross-functional communication, managing change, strategy, and execution.

Ms. Dunavant has a B.S. from University of South Alabama and a M. Ed. from Texas A&M University.
