Ashley Young has over 10 years of experience in human resources and marketing focusing on employee and client engagement as well as corporate learning.
She has worked with clients in the automotive, hospitality, finance, nonprofit and skilled trades industries to create print and web media that elicits public engagement and educates key stakeholders. Her experience includes brochures, graphics creation, newsletters, pamphlets, social media content creation, web site design, wireframing, Powerpoint template creation, infographics, logo creation, and branding. Ashley brings a creative angle to her work while focusing on the clients’ voice and brand to ensure continuity between their goals and the project’s trajectory.
As a marketing and creative services specialist for Peak seven Consulting, Ashley harnesses her creativity to elevate the aesthetics of web sites and create learning materials with original and innovative designs.
Ashley has experience merging graphic design and human capital by creating learning platforms, employee retention presentations, new hire attraction materials, corporate learning materials for technology changeovers and creating engaging training modules for employees. Her work focuses on making the need-to-know information exciting and visually appealing. In her career she has worked closely with marketing teams to develop projects for internal use that align with the greater external corporate image to ensure all content is “on brand”. Her work has helped grow the revenue for countless local companies and has aided in the successful merger between two prominent Montana financial institutions.
Ashley holds a B.S. in Organizational Communication earned from Montana State University, where she graduated with high honors.
