• Collaborated with our client to build two 3-day leadership programmes (and yes, we used British English throughout)
• Designed custom program logos and custom graphics to match corporate branding
• Worked with a European mindfulness company to integrate mindfulness learning and experiences throughout the programme
• Provided all instructional design support, including programme and agenda design and presentation/materials development
• Incorporated vitality programme component to address work/life balance issues
• Designed courseware to explore alignment of individual and corporate values and dive deeper with complex cross-cultural conversations
• Collaborated with our client to custom-architect learning experiences on a variety of leadership topics
• Created executive summary version of the programme for senior leadership
• Develop pre-work and after-learning, including key programme messaging to roll-out into the organization
• Incorporated metaphorical learning to build memorable learning insights
• Integrated peer coaching throughout the programme
• All materials built in A3 and A4 formats
