We love to collaborate. We collaborated with internal staff and leaders, two other development firms, and a myriad of external vendors and speakers to put together this fast-paced, global program that enhanced senior partner’s impact with C-suite clients.

• Designed custom program logos and custom graphics
• Built 3-day custom simulated case to include actors, simulated meetings and presentations, custom interventions, case study data, voicemails, and other engaging case elements
• Deployed all learning materials via iPad, and provided on-site technical support
• Provided all instructional design support, including program and agenda design and presentation/materials development
• Incorporated vitality program component to address work/life balance issues present in the fast-paced professional services field
• Created interactive Rube Goldberg activity to explore facing challenges as a high-performing team
• Integrated keynote and leader as teacher components into program design
• Developed custom module on turning data analytics into strategic results
• Incorporated metaphorical elements to build memorable learning experiences
• Designed voice of the customer segment to facilitate hearing directly from the customer on key issues and challenges facing the firm
