About This Project

In order to implement this company’s growth strategy, they needed their leadership to live it. They needed leaders to adopt a customer-focused mindset, work together across the globe, lead change, and align operational objectives to business strategy. We collaborated with a stellar group of leaders from within and outside of the organization to design a fast-paced program that would blow away a group of senior executives who had “been there, done that.” And we did it with a global perspective, as they were headquartered in Europe, and the program was delivered in Denmark, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Ireland, Greece, UK, Thailand, China, and the US.

  • Collaborated with senior organizational development leaders to design the program
  • Leveraged the power of storytelling
  • Conducted video-based activities, using smartphones
  • Used online video production apps for participants to create their own videos
  • Reinforced leadership concepts through experiential learning
  • Built a competitive “reality” experience challenge
  • Designed program brand and templates (in A3 and A4 format)
  • Wrote globally conscious activities and content for the entire programme, in British English
  • Provided on-site instructional design support for all premiers of all modules.
  • Developed a “pre-run” course to test the program with senior executives
  • Developed all program materials, including prework, case materials, presentations, participant guide, specialty cards, name tags/tents, after-learning, job-aids, bookmarks, and custom graphics
  • Provided instructional design support for an additional HR program
  • Provided event planning support, to include site recommendations, hotel contracting, catering, and onsite event coordination
